Overview In this role you will conduct bioanalytical work with minimal supervision to support non-GLP drug analysis for discovery and development programs. You will work within a team focused on LC-MS/MS-based methods and data interpretation, delivering high-quality results and documentation. You'll manage projects across units, develop methods, and communicate progress and findings to collaborators. Your contributions will help advance drug discovery efforts and improve analytical capabilities within the team. This is a hands-on, collaborative position that emphasizes innovation, quality, and timely delivery.
Responsibilities- Conduct assigned technical tasks within time and budget constraints
- Manage projects with limited supervision across departments
- Maintain formal and informal communications with collaborators and prepare reports
- Achieve high technical quality in projects
- Documentation of procedures, data, results, and reports
- Plan and carry out self-development activities
- Ensure work adheres to policies, procedures, and regulations
- Perform literature searches and apply current methodologies to experimental design
- Support internal bioanalysis activities and present progress or results
Key requirements- PhD in Analytical Chemistry or related area
- 0-4 years of research lab and/or industrial experience
- Proficiency in wet lab sample preparation, cleanup, and LC-MS/MS
- Strong ability to work with minimal supervision
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with data processing and report writing
- Team-oriented with cross-disciplinary collaboration and data interpretation
- Nice-to-have: Sciex Analyst (OS) experience
