Responsibilities- Define enterprise AI/ML strategy and solution vision aligned with business priorities
- Lead design of AI/ML approaches for highly complex problems
- Advance methodologies to accelerate time-to-value and re-use
- Drive innovation by extending state-of-the-art techniques and researching new approaches
- Mentor senior technical leaders and foster a culture of excellence
- Partner with executives to identify high-impact opportunities and define success metrics
- Establish experimentation and validation standards linking model performance to business outcomes
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, engineering, or related technical field; PhD preferred
- 11-15 years of AI/ML research experience in industry or academia
- Proven ability to define enterprise-level AI/ML solutions and influence executive decisions
- Track record delivering large-scale AI/ML systems across multiple domains
- Deep expertise in generative AI, NLP, computer vision, multimodal learning, or time-series modeling
- Strong experience with Python, PyTorch, cloud ML platforms, distributed training/inference, scalable data pipelines
- Understanding of production AI systems, evaluation frameworks, and responsible AI considerations
