Overview In this role, you will lead global procurement technology platforms and data capabilities to enable efficient, compliant source-to-pay processes. You will partner with Procurement, Finance, and Enterprise Architecture to modernize systems, strengthen controls, and advance automation and AI-enabled procurement. You'll manage a distributed engineering team, drive end-to-end delivery, and establish governance for security, data quality, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities- Define and execute a global procurement technology strategy aligned to business priorities
- Own and partner on procurement platforms covering source-to-contract, procure-to-pay, supplier lifecycle, and analytics
- Evaluate and rationalize technology across global/local environments for security, cost, and standardization
- Leverage cloud-native and AI-enabled solutions to improve productivity and compliance
- Ensure security, privacy, audit readiness, and third-party risk management in procurement systems
- Build and lead a distributed team of engineers, analysts, and partners
- Drive end-to-end procurement delivery and data governance in collaboration with Finance and Data teams
- Sponsor procurement transformation initiatives and ERP integration efforts
- Provide technical guidance and governance across architecture, data governance, and risk programs
- Manage budgets, vendor performance, and change management for sustainable outcomes
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
- Eight years of experience with modern distributed applications and microservices
- Six years delivering large-scale design projects involving multiple enterprise functions
- Four years of experience managing diverse, cross-functional teams
- Strong DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing, and security practices
- Experience managing vendor relationships, contracts, and negotiations
- Excellent communication and ability to influence executives and stakeholders
- Analytical, problem-solving, and rapid decision-making abilities
