Overview

In this role, you will lead daily production activities in Medina, coordinating scheduling, staffing, and line auditing to meet customer needs and high quality standards. You resolve production issues, ensure materials and documentation are readily available, and report line status and performance to leadership. You'll focus on developing the team, addressing training needs, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This position supports Baxter's commitment to reliable manufacturing, quality, and responsive operations.

Responsibilities
