Overview As Senior Director HRBP, you partner with senior leaders across Global Commercial Strategy, U.S. Pricing & Access, Global Pricing, and HEOR to align people strategy with commercialization goals. You will shape organization design, talent management, and workforce planning to enable commercial transformation. You collaborate with transformation leadership to translate priorities into people implications and support new operating models. You coach leaders through change and use data to drive talent and organization decisions. Responsibilities- Serve as strategic HR advisor to senior leaders across multiple commercialization functions
- Guide organization design, talent management, and workforce planning to align people with business priorities
- Partner with Commercial Transformation leadership to support execution of transformation initiatives
- Translate business priorities into organizational and talent implications and support operating model changes
- Identify critical roles, support succession planning and development, and contribute to capability-building and commercial excellence initiatives
- Support organizational design and change initiatives; coach leaders through change; leverage data to inform decisions
- Coordinate with the People Advisor to ensure HR operations align with strategic priorities
Key requirements- 10-12+ years of HR experience including HRBP roles in complex, matrixed organizations
- Experience supporting commercial, pricing, access, strategy, or value functions preferred
- Experience in organizational design, talent management, and change initiatives
- Strong business acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders
