Overview In this role, you will lead plant maintenance and safety efforts to minimize injuries and downtime. You'll collaborate with operations leadership to implement maintenance programs, drive continuous improvement, and ensure equipment reliability at scale. You will design and oversee preventive/predictive maintenance, manage KPIs, and mentor plant personnel. This is a hands-on position that shapes maintenance culture and supports the company's mission of safer, healthier sleep for customers.

Responsibilities- Foster safety culture and implement safety policies aligned with OSHA regulations
- Coordinate with Operations Manager and KPO to report and investigate accidents and sabotage involving machinery
- Supervise daily maintenance for equipment, facilities, and grounds while controlling costs
- Design, implement, and manage preventive/predictive maintenance programs for mechanical assets
- Oversee installation, repair, adjustment, and inspection of equipment and tools
- Assess and procure necessary tools and supplies for maintenance work
- Inspect completed work for quality and conformity to standards
- Update work procedures to meet production schedules
- Provide maintenance training and evaluation to production staff
- Identify and implement operational improvements and new programs
- Measure and manage key maintenance KPIs such as OEE, work order completion, PM completion, and machine downtime
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or equivalent experience
- 5-7 years of manufacturing and maintenance experience with highly technical mechanics
- 5+ years' experience in Safety and Risk programs
- Lean/Six Sigma manufacturing experience; Green Belt preferred
- Electrical certification a plus
