Overview In this role you will support project financial reporting and coordination to enable accurate performance tracking. You will collaborate with project managers and accountants to ensure timely invoicing and compliant financial processes. You will review contracts, set up projects in ERP, and monitor budgets to support successful client engagements. Responsibilities- Provide project financial reporting support to Project Managers and Business Unit Accountants
- Coordinate project setup in ERP per contracts and policies
- Ensure invoicing complies with client requirements and is timely
- Monitor project schedules and budgets and assist with cost control
- Manage supplier invoices and purchase orders
- Process and submit client invoices across delivery methods
- Support timely payments within contract terms
- Prepare, review, and distribute financial reports on request
- Assist in cost estimation for proposals and pursuits
- Provide general accounting and project support as needed
Key requirements- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of accounting experience including invoicing and financial reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, v-lookups)
- Experience in accounts receivable, general ledger, reconciliations, month-end close, or financial reporting
