Overview

In this role you help client organizations reinvent through Strategy Consulting in the Automotive sector, applying strategic and digital capabilities to steer growth and resilience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior executives to craft actionable strategies, leverage AI and digital transformation, and foster meaningful relationships. You contribute to technology-enabled transformations and drive client impact at scale within a global network. Responsibilities
  • Provide specialized expertise in Corporate Strategy/M&A, Transformation, Digital/Data and AI with focus on Aftermarket, Front Office, Supply Chain and Manufacturing Operations
  • Develop strategies and roadmaps that help clients realize their vision, compete effectively, and create shareholder value
  • Show deep understanding of industrial and automotive dynamics, operations, and financial metrics
  • Develop innovative, fact-based solutions using hypothesis-driven methods and industry knowledge
  • Lead focused strategy work and manage cross-functional engagements with client teams
  • Drive digital transformation by applying latest digital technologies to create sustainable client value
  • Build credibility with C-level executives and cultivate executive relationships through impactful outcomes and clear communication
  • Navigate and leverage Accenture's global network to generate insights and support business development
  • Travel up to 100% as needed
Key requirements
  • 8+ years of consulting or corporate strategy experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • MBA or equivalent degree (preferred)
  • Strong presentation skills for senior executives
  • Analytical thinking and conceptual problem-solving
  • Excellent time management and deadline discipline
  • Team development and mentoring capabilities
  • Effective written and verbal communication
  • Initiative and drive to contribute to business growth
  • Preferred skills: client storytelling, financial modeling, hypothesis-driven problem structuring, cross-functional stakeholder management, Gen AI awareness and client readiness
