Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies for assigned categories (primarily software)
- Lead competitive bidding processes (RFx), negotiate terms, and manage contract lifecycle
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, conduct performance reviews, drive continuous improvement
- Identify and implement cost reduction initiatives and process improvements, track KPIs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to align procurement with organizational goals
- Manage entire contract lifecycle-from negotiation to renewal and termination, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance
- Develop and manage budgets, forecast spend, and analyze financial data for savings and efficiency improvements
Key requirements- 2+ years of experience in Logistics, Procurement, Category Management, or related fields
- Proven experience in strategic sourcing and category management
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in using procurement tools and technologies
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
