Overview As Head of Operations for a premier live-entertainment and hospitality venue in Manhattan, you will own the performance and guest experience end-to-end. You'll translate strategy into disciplined execution across show operations, F&B, guest services, security, and facilities, while partnering with corporate leadership on financial results. This role shapes day-to-day operations and the long-term growth blueprint for multi-venue expansion. You'll lead with a balance of entrepreneurial mindset and operational rigor to optimize profitability and guest satisfaction. Compensation / Benefits- base salary $170,000 - $210,000

Responsibilities- Own P&L, reporting, and operating cadence for the venue
- Manage overall performance: revenue, labor, expenses, profitability, guest satisfaction
- Provide insights and recommendations to corporate leadership; lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
- Drive financial discipline across labor, throughput, show utilization, and F&B
- Identify revenue expansion opportunities beyond core ticketing and F&B (private rentals, events, retail)
- Coordinate with Partnerships to align commercial opportunities with brand and operations
- Set execution standards across show operations, F&B, guest services, security, and facilities
- Act as senior escalation point for complex operational, guest, safety, or staffing issues
- Ensure consistent standards, service quality, and compliance
- Lead onsite staff, define expectations and operating rhythms; support workforce planning and leadership development
- Collaborate with creative/programming to align show flow with goals
- Ensure seamless guest journey from arrival to departure
- Build scalable operating models and playbooks for future venues
Key requirements- 15+ years in venue operations, hospitality, live entertainment, or related leadership
- Experience managing customer-facing business with multiple functions; venue openings a plus
- Proven track record of owning a P&L and driving financial/operational performance
- Strong financial/analytical skills with executive reporting experience
- Deep understanding of service standards, safety, and cross-department accountability
- Experience as senior escalation point for operational or incident matters
- Familiarity with integrating guest flow, timing, atmosphere, and programming in live contexts
- Experience driving process improvements to boost efficiency and guest satisfaction
