Overview In this role you will lead and scale EMARKETER's sales enablement program for the Subscription Sales team. You will design and own onboarding, product training, coaching, and tools education to drive rep readiness and revenue impact. Collaborating across Sales, Product Marketing, HR, and RevOps, you'll connect enablement to GTM priorities and buyer journeys. You'll implement structured learning, measure outcomes, and champion platform adoption in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role with a strong focus on measurable programs and scalable experiences.

Responsibilities- Establish a full-cycle sales enablement function to support revenue growth
- Own and continuously improve New Sales Onboarding with milestone-based learning paths
- Coordinate Product & GTM Training with cross-functional partners; develop guiding materials and certification frameworks
- Partner with sales managers to build coaching programs focused on methodology, talk tracks, and pipeline generation
- Deliver Tools & Systems Training for Salesforce, SalesLoft, EWA, 6sense, UserGems; promote adoption across Revenue Ops and sellers
Key requirements- 7+ years in sales enablement, sales operations, or related go-to-market roles
- Hands-on onboarding and enablement leadership for B2B sales
- Familiarity with Salesforce, SalesLoft, Gong, Clay, UserGems, and other sales tech
- Experience facilitating live and asynchronous training; coaching individual contributors and managers
- Strong project management and cross-team coordination
- Passion for scalable, measurable, and engaging enablement experiences
- Familiarity with MEDDPICC
- Exposure to instructional design or LMS platforms (e.g., Litmos)
