Overview In this role you support capital program success for utility, industrial, and infrastructure owners. You partner with senior managers to guide proposal development, PMO support, and program execution, coordinating a cross-functional team. You apply insights to real-world program delivery, manage risk, and maintain strong client relations. You will help shape program readiness and governance while collaborating with executives to drive timely, on-budget completion.
Responsibilities- Draft proposal narratives, scope descriptions, and methodologies
- Coordinate proposal reviews and submission process
- Support PMO standup and ongoing program execution
- Assist in development and updates of the Program Execution Plan and risk plans
- Manage client interviews, workshops, and evaluations
- Customize assessment tools and templates for engagements
- Maintain and improve the GPMO Library of Documents, Tools, and References
- Present status reports to executives and stakeholders
- Conduct project safety, quality, progress, and financial audits
- Train new project team members on PgEP
- Ensure compliance with policies and standards
- Provide ongoing risk assessment and communication planning
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 7 years direct program/project management experience
- Ability to excel in ambiguous environments
- Independent, creative, analytical thinking
- Strong training, mentoring, and coaching abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Expert user of Microsoft Office
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
