Overview In this role you support clients as a specialist in fund finance, delivering end-to-end financial reporting, budgeting, and accounting operations. You collaborate with cross-functional teams within Deloitte's Finance Transformation and Finance Operate offerings to drive accurate, timely, and audit-ready outputs. You will shape fund financial processes, improve controls, and provide analytical insight to sustain fund viability and performance. This position emphasizes hands-on delivery on client engagements with a focus on impact and collaboration.

Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end profitability reporting for Section 15(c), ensuring data accuracy and timely disclosures
- Manage end-to-end invoicing process, resolving payment exceptions and ensuring proper posting
- Coordinate fund expense reimbursements, approvals, and transfer processing; handle exceptions
- Oversee run-rate revenue/expense analysis to assess fund viability and communicate findings
- Lead annual fund expense budgeting, coordinating assumptions, timelines, and approvals
- Maintain and reconcile fee accruals with timely postings and period-end close support
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related discipline; or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in fund finance, fund operations/accounting, asset management services, or controllership with leadership experience
- Strong understanding of fund expense models, payables controls, accrual mechanics, and period-end close in an investment funds environment
- Experience supporting board/advisory reporting and delivering audit-ready documentation and controls evidence
- Advanced Excel; experience with ERP/accounting platforms, workflow tools, and process automation preferred
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional stakeholders, drive exception resolution, and govern high-volume, high-precision deliverables
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available; ability to travel 10% (occasional overnight)
