• Oversee facility safety and regulatory compliance for buildings, mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and life safety systems
• Lead maintenance operations by setting priorities and validating tasks via the property management system
• Coordinate and manage external contractors, liaise with city officials, and monitor workmanship
• Handle maintenance requests, guest concerns, and emergencies promptly
• Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate engineering/maintenance staff to maintain high performance
