Responsibilities- Advise on a broad range of legal issues including IP, sales, marketing, patent portfolio management, trademarks, standards participation, business development, M&A, recruiting, and procurement
- Build and improve processes to support a growing business
- Engage non-legal partners across Finance, Procurement, Sales, Security, IT, People, Engineering, and Operations
- Navigate export control laws (EAR) and ensure compliance for access to controlled technology
- Act as a trusted legal advisor to enable teams to move quickly and confidently
Key requirements- Juris Doctor degree; active membership in at least one state bar
- 7+ years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal department
- Experience advising on technology transactions and a broad range of legal issues (IP, sales, marketing, M&A, procurement)
