Responsibilities- Serve as HR expert for ADP's largest clients and support complex products/technologies
- Proactively troubleshoot, research, and resolve client issues
- Educate clients on ADP solutions through information sharing and training
- Set priorities, manage your day, multi-task, and provide prompt follow-up
- Strive to exceed client expectations and uphold integrity and professional standards
- Share knowledge and best practices with less experienced colleagues
Key requirements- 5-8 years of professional consulting experience or equivalent in a systems-related organization
- 5-8 years in a customer service or HR environment with track record of positive results
- College degree not required; relevant experience accepted
- Military experience encouraged
- HR knowledge and ability to interpret business issues and propose solutions
