Overview In this role you will start up, develop, and optimize CVD/PVD processes to boost product quality and yield while driving cost and productivity improvements. You'll collaborate with multi-functional teams to resolve line issues and implement solutions that elevate manufacturing efficiency. The position sits within Micron's Boise expansion context, offering hands-on engineering challenges in a fast-paced semiconductor environment. You will contribute to critical DRAM fabrication efforts and help scale manufacturing capabilities with a focus on impact and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities- Start up, develop and optimize CVD/PVD processes to improve quality and yield
- Collaborate with equipment and integration engineers to resolve production issues
- Use project management to close yield, defectivity, production, and cost gaps
- Drive improvements in SPC charts for owned processes
- Work with cross-functional teams to tackle process problems and implement solutions
Key requirements- 2+ years of industry experience as Process Owner in PVD/CVD
- BS or Masters in Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- Experience supporting semiconductor fab manufacturing
- Strong understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes and equipment
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Proficient in Data Science and programming skills
