Overview

In this role you will oversee day-to-day property operations, financial performance, maintenance, and tenant relations for a mixed portfolio. You will protect and enhance property value while ensuring compliance and a positive tenant experience. You'll lead budget management, leasing activities, and capital projects, coordinating with vendors and contractors. This position is ideal for someone who combines operational excellence with financial acumen to drive asset value and performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support long-term asset strategy.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily property operations, administration, maintenance, and improvements for assigned properties.
  • Serve as primary contact for tenants and resolve complaints and service requests promptly.
  • Conduct regular property inspections and manage vacant unit readiness.
  • Ensure tenant satisfaction while enforcing lease terms and property policies.
  • Respond to emergencies and coordinate timely issue resolution.
  • Develop, manage, and monitor annual property operating budgets; analyze performance and address variances.
  • Oversee rent collection, accounts receivable, and delinquency management; review invoices and operating expenses.
  • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports; support month-end close and forecasting.
  • Administer leases, renewals, amendments, and tenant communications; negotiate terms as needed.
  • Maximize occupancy, monitor market trends, and provide recommendations to improve asset value.
  • Oversee maintenance programs and capital improvement projects; manage vendor contracts.
  • Ensure preventive maintenance and supervise third-party contractors for quality service.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and enforce property policies; coordinate safety and emergency procedures.
