Regional Human Resources Manager

In this regional role you will lead HR strategy and initiatives across Uline's distribution network. You will drive hands-on recruitment for key hubs and develop a capable HR team to support 1,300+ employees. You collaborate with distribution leaders to align HR programs with business goals and improve workforce performance. • Direct HR initiatives for 1,300+ employees across multiple distribution hubs
• Partner with management to identify talent needs and create a hands-on recruitment strategy
• Develop and coach an HR team supporting a high-performing distribution workforce
• Collaborate with Distribution leaders to deliver HR processes and programs aligned with business goals

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or related field
• 10+ years of HR experience, with 5+ years in a supervisory role
• Prior recruitment experience in a distribution/warehouse setting a plus
