Sourcing Coordinator

In this role you will support project craft staffing and recruitment activities for Bechtel's diverse portfolio. You will help manage document processing, background checks, and candidate data, contributing to smooth pre-employment and staffing for major projects. You will source candidates, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate with hiring managers to define ideal profiles. The position involves travel to events and project sites as needed, with a focus on compliant, timely hiring and strong candidate relations. • Source qualified candidates using online resources and networks
• Review resumes and application materials
• Conduct preliminary phone screenings
• Maintain accurate candidate records and reporting
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles
• Attend career fairs and engage with the public
• Travel to project sites as needed to support staffing

• Ensure knowledge of Project Labor Agreements and their application

• Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition preferred
