Overview In this role you support the Supply Chain organization with comprehensive legal guidance, focusing on vendor contracts and regulatory compliance. You will help manage risk, negotiate complex agreements, and lead a range of legal projects beyond core transactions. You'll drive robust risk management initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional partners to enable business objectives. This role offers influence across software, cloud, real estate, and manufacturing engagements in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Responsibilities- Draft, review, and negotiate vendor contracts including technology-related agreements (license, product supply, software development, cloud, service agreements)
- Advise internal clients on contracting and vendor relationships issues
- Provide legal strategies on negotiation terms, disputes, IP, privacy, AI, cybersecurity, and compliance
- Collaborate with Supply Chain and other teams to identify and mitigate risks
- Lead cross-functional coordination across marketing, product, finance, implementation, and sales through contract cycles
- Develop and maintain contract playbooks and standard templates
- Manage contract disputes, including settlements and mediations as needed
- Support governance, policy development, and other commercial/non-commercial initiatives to improve efficiency
- Build and maintain current technical knowledge in specialized areas and escalate complex matters as needed
- Foster trusted advisor relationships with senior management to enable informed business decisions
- Ensure adherence to laws and company policies while balancing risk and business objectives
Key requirements- Juris Doctor Degree
- 8+ years of commercial counsel or corporate transactional experience
- Bar admission in at least one state
- Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating procurement/product/software/cloud-service agreements
- In-house experience preferred and outside counsel management experience
- Pragmatic and flexible approach to legal issues with strong analytical and negotiation skills
