Overview In this role you drive the end-to-end talent management and HR communications strategy to support growth and organizational effectiveness. You partner with Tribal Operations and HR partners to assess talent gaps, design development programs, and promote leadership capabilities. You will develop and communicate talent insights, leverage AI to enhance training operations, and ensure compliant, accessible learning. Your work will shape engagement, succession planning, and a culture of accountability and continuous learning. Responsibilities- Lead onboarding programs, performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and top talent learning initiatives
- Partner with Tribal Operations leaders and HR Business Partners to identify talent gaps and development needs
- Collaborate with SMSC leaders to build training content for professional development
- Produce regular talent summaries and dashboards for leadership and HR partners
- Utilize AI tools to streamline training operations and personalize learning
- Deliver and track general HR compliance training
- Develop talent management job aids accessible via internal apps and communications
- Provide coaching on organizational design and effectiveness
- Coordinate training calendars and resource scheduling across operations
- Apply data-driven methods to measure program effectiveness and drive iteration
- Lead team member engagement activities and recognition programs
- Inspire and develop a high-performing Talent Management and HR Communications and Engagement team
- Hire, coach, and manage team performance with a culture of accountability and continuous learning
Key requirements- Bachelor in Human Resources
- 6+ years in talent management related to leadership training and assessments
- Experience leading onboarding and engagement programs
- Broad HR experience including organizational design, change management, performance management, and assessments
- Experience delivering leadership training and building leadership curricula
- Strong writing skills adaptable to stakeholders and audiences
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and process-analysis skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage time effectively
