Overview As Senior Analyst, IT Restaurant Technology, you lead complex restaurant tech initiatives and set engineering standards. You'll influence architecture decisions and partner with stakeholders to align tech investments with business goals. You'll design and integrate restaurant applications, mentor developers, and tackle production issues with a focus on scalable, secure solutions. Responsibilities- Lead design and development of complex restaurant technology applications and integrations
- Establish coding standards, development best practices, and technical governance
- Perform solution design and architecture reviews
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership across projects
- Drive root-cause analysis and resolution of critical production issues
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to the technology landscape
- Collaborate with business and technology leaders to prioritize initiatives and manage technical risk
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise standards
Key requirements- 5-8 years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting POS systems, restaurant technology platforms, and related enterprise solutions
- Experience with solution design, system integration, technical analysis, and process automation
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with sprint planning, estimation, and delivery
- Experience managing software releases, system configurations, and cross-functional implementation efforts
- Ability to lead medium-complexity initiatives while balancing project execution with strategic priorities
- Proven ability to partner with business and technical stakeholders to define requirements, drive process improvements, and deliver effective solutions
