Overview In this Director-level HRBP role, you act as a strategic partner to the Finance leadership, shaping people and organization strategy for a growing, transforming global function. You'll translate business priorities into talent initiatives, coach senior leaders, and drive leadership development and organizational design. You'll use data to inform decisions and collaborate across HR to enable a high-performing Finance organization that delivers impact for patients. This position offers influence across executives and a chance to shape the future-ready finance footprint.

Responsibilities- Align people strategies with business objectives and long-term workforce plans with SVP/Finance leadership
- Coach senior leaders on organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and talent decisions
- Lead organizational design, operating model evolution, workforce planning, and change management across Finance
- Drive talent review, succession planning, and leadership development to strengthen pipelines
- Foster a high-performance, inclusive culture and strengthen employee engagement
- Use workforce analytics to inform strategic HR decisions and measure initiative impact
- Partner with Talent Acquisition for strategic workforce planning and internal mobility
- Collaborate across HR and business functions to share leading practices and develop HR capabilities
Key requirements- Doctorate + 4 years HR experience OR Master's + 7 years HR experience OR Bachelor's + 9 years HR experience
- 3+ years of HRBP at Director level
- Experience supporting Finance, Accounting, Audit, Treasury, FP&A, Investor Relations, or shared services
- Proven ability to partner with C-suite and senior leaders in global orgs
- Experience leading organizational transformation and workforce planning
- Strong business and financial acumen; ability to connect talent to business outcomes
- Experience using talent analytics to influence executive decisions
- Ability to navigate matrixed environments and work across geographies and cultures
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
