Tax Senior Manager

In this Senior Tax Manager role, you steer tax compliance and advisory work for mid-market clients, shaping tax planning opportunities and anticipating issues. You'll serve as the main client contact, orchestrating workflows, deadlines, and communications while mentoring junior staff. You'll lead engagements, review complex returns, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver superior client service. • Manage client tax compliance and planning needs
• Serve as primary client contact and coordinate communications
• Oversee workflows, deadlines, and deliverables for engagements
• Review complex tax returns for accuracy and compliance
• Lead tax staff, seniors, and managers in a fast-paced environment
• Train and develop less experienced professionals
• Provide strong project management and analytical input

• Bachelor in Accounting
• CPA designation with active license
• Minimum 7 years in public accounting with at least 2 years of managerial experience
• Strong knowledge of pass-through entity taxation and corporate taxation
• Understanding of partnership taxation, especially with partnership equity investments
