You collaborate with program leaders and HR colleagues to implement organizational effectiveness and engagement initiatives. Responsibilities- Act as trusted advisor to senior leaders and employees
- Partner with AT leaders to identify program and talent needs
- Drive staffing solutions through operational and strategic workforce planning
- Translate business and HR strategies into actionable plans
- Lead or support engagement and retention initiatives
- Deliver full scope of HR solutions: talent acquisition, performance, leadership development, compensation, succession, organizational development
- Educate partners and employees on HR policies and ensure compliant execution
Key requirements- University degree with 12 years of experience or advanced degree with 10 years of related experience
- Experience leading HR processes and delivering HR solutions to business challenges
- Proficiency with HR applications/systems such as Workday and Qlik; experience with applicant tracking or similar tools
- Ability to operate effectively in a heavily matrixed organization with dotted-line reporting
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain DoD Top Secret clearance
