Responsibilities- Define and execute the technical vision to support business objectives
- Identify and implement technologies for competitive advantage and platform enhancements
- Lead and grow a high-performing engineering and IT team
- Oversee system architecture, infrastructure, and engineering workflows for scalability and reliability
- Promote best practices in coding, design, and system security
- Oversee QA, data protection, and regulatory compliance
- Monitor KPIs, technical debt, and IT budgets to measure ROI

Key requirements- Senior technical leadership experience
