Overview In this role, you will help shape the firm's technology strategy and target state across multiple domains. You will align business and technology teams, drive standard adoption, and enable scalable, secure, AI-enabled solutions across the enterprise. You will lead architecture governance, influence product design and operations, and establish reusable AI-enabled patterns with strong emphasis on risk and compliance. Responsibilities- Support executive decisioning by framing options and enabling prioritization
- Lead architecture governance forums and ensure enterprise-scale consistency
- Define enterprise architecture strategies, reference architectures, and roadmaps
- Leverage AI capabilities to accelerate analysis while handling data sensitively
- Evaluate current and new technologies against standards and frameworks
- Influence product design, functionality, and technical operations
- Act as a function-wide SME and advocate for firmwide architecture
- Establish reuse-first AI-enabled patterns and governance with traceability
- Create adoptable standards and paved paths, using metrics to drive adoption
- Drive alignment across architecture disciplines and partner with engineering and product
- Identify simplification, modernization, and optimization opportunities
- Evaluate emerging technologies and platform choices
- Advise executives on trade-offs across cost, complexity, risk, and value while mentoring others
Key requirements- Formal training or certification in architecture concepts and 5+ years of applied experience
- Experience defining and driving architecture strategies across multiple domains in large organizations
- Advanced in one or more programming languages with deep expertise in enterprise architecture and related disciplines (cloud, AI/ML, mobile, etc.)
- Experience applying enterprise-authorized AI capabilities with validation habits and data sensitivity awareness
- Ability to integrate AI-enabled capabilities into enterprise-grade architectures with resiliency, security, and auditability
- Proven experience guiding enterprise technology adoption, target states, patterns, and scalable integration
- Depth in a core technical domain plus enterprise breadth across business, data, app, and technology
- Excellent communication skills for senior and non-technical audiences
- Proven ability to influence leaders and drive change across engineering and product teams
