Overview

In this fully remote role, you guide diverse clients through UKG Ready implementations, from requirements gathering to go-live and post-launch support. You work with cross-functional teams to tailor configurations, validate processes, and ensure a successful deployment. The role blends functional consulting with technical awareness, promoting effective payroll solutions that drive client success. You'll lead sessions, mentor peers, and stay current on UKG Ready capabilities, delivering measurable project outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver UKG Ready payroll implementation services
  • Collaborate with project managers and client teams to tailor system configurations
  • Analyze client needs and propose optimal UKG Ready setup in coordination with the Project Manager
  • Guide clients through design, configuration, testing, and deployment of UKG Ready features
  • Document configurations and communicate recommendations clearly to clients
  • Manage multiple concurrent implementations and go-live transitions
  • Support handover to long-term vendor support
  • Lead consulting sessions (virtual and on-site) to train client teams
  • Participate in project meetings and provide milestone updates
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge and certifications for UKG Ready and related modules
  • Provide mentorship to other consultants
  • Meet or exceed company utilization targets
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership
Key requirements
  • UKG Ready Core Payroll certification preferred, but open to strong candidates willing to obtain certification
  • Minimum 1 year of UKG Ready implementation or activation experience
  • Background in consulting or professional services
  • Ability to multitask under tight deadlines and manage competing priorities
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and common project management and video conferencing tools
  • Proactive, self-directed work ethic
