Overview

As Project Controls Manager in Panama, you will oversee program controls for large, complex infrastructure programs and deliver accurate schedule reporting. You'll provide senior guidance on controls, ensure alignment with executive objectives, and coordinate across multiple projects for seamless integration. You'll lead risk analyses and performance assessments to steer course corrections. You'll communicate with project teams, stakeholders, and leadership to provide clear, actionable updates. Responsibilities
  • Oversee program controls for large-scale, complex programs
  • Provide senior guidance on controls aligned with executive objectives
  • Coordinate across multiple projects to ensure alignment with program goals
  • Identify interdependencies and risks across projects
  • Deliver authoritative communication to stakeholders and leadership
  • Implement control measures for resource allocation and program integrity
  • Develop and enforce standardized processes to improve efficiency across project phases
  • Conduct program performance assessments and risk analyses with recommendations
  • Foster accountability and continuous improvement within the controls team
  • Present to multiple stakeholders with clear, concise updates
Key requirements
  • BA/BS in Project Management, Engineering, or Business +8 years of related experience or equivalent
  • Strong experience with Project Management Information System (PMIS)
  • Experience with large transportation, water, and aviation infrastructure
  • Experience in integration of controls covering scope, cost, schedule, and risk reporting
  • Ability to present to multiple stakeholders
