Overview Lead site-level planning and execution of construction across the portfolio, guiding a small team of Construction Managers. You will own pre-construction due diligence, RFPs, and vendor negotiations to drive on-time, on-budget delivery. Your work links Real Estate, Legal, Finance, and Operations to ensure strategic alignment and risk control. This is a hands-on leadership role with a clear impact on project viability and ROI. You'll shape site development and vendor strategy at scale within F.N.B.'s real estate program.
Responsibilities- Direct and develop two Construction Managers with strategic guidance and performance coaching
- Oversee site development planning including entitlements, zoning, utilities, environmental considerations, and geotechnical investigations
- Create and manage RFPs for due diligence consultants, architects, general contractors, and other providers; lead negotiations and vendor selection
- Coordinate with project consultants and contractors to ensure budget adherence, milestones, and schedule performance
- Monitor budgets holistically, identify efficiencies, and recommend trade-offs to protect ROI
- Provide executive-level project updates on status, risk, and budgets
- Collaborate with Real Estate, Legal, Finance, and Operations to ensure comprehensive oversight
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Key requirements- BA or BS
- 10 years of job-related experience
- PMP
- Valid Driver's License
- MS Project experience
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field; advanced degree or PMP a plus
