Overview As Engineering Project Manager, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering initiatives within time, budget, and quality targets. Responsibilities- Apply project management methodologies to medium to large initiatives
- Lead project teams and ensure alignment with scope and schedules
- Drive leadership, stakeholder management, process adherence, project ownership, and risk management
- Coordinate with project leadership to maintain scope and schedules
- Develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, budget, schedule, and resource needs
- Collaborate with Operations and Estimating to draft design/engineering budgets and proposals
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies with proactive planning
- Oversee project cost management including estimating, funding, and forecasting
- Manage invoices, purchase orders, contracts, and external resources
- Maintain transparent, ongoing communication with stakeholders
- Ensure delivery within budget, schedule, contingency, and quality standards
- Promote a positive Company Culture and constructive employee relations
Key requirements- Bachelor in Engineering
- PMP certification (preferred)
- 3-5 years of project management experience
- Experience managing multidisciplinary engineering projects from planning to delivery
- Strong stakeholder management and interaction with Executive Leadership
- Knowledge of Revit with construction deliverables
- Understanding of electrical and low voltage systems
- Travel 10-20%
