Overview In this role you provide financial guidance to Motorcycle Product Development and support cross-functional areas. You'll handle month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and capital business cases while partnering with engineering, design, and manufacturing teams. You present insights to management and shape financial decisions that drive product initiatives. The position combines analytical rigor with the opportunity to influence strategic funding and project performance. Responsibilities- Month-end close duties including variance analysis, reconciliations, journal entries, and results reporting for motorcycle platforms and departments
- Prepare and analyze business cases for capital funding with financial modeling (IRR/NPV/Payback)
- Guide business partners in financial decision-making and budget management
- Coordinate development and tracking of project budgets, forecasts, and actuals
- Participate in special projects as needed
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and GAAP
Key requirements- Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Typically 3+ years of relevant experience
- Strong spreadsheet and accounting systems proficiency
- Knowledge of finance concepts across multiple areas
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills for communicating with management
- Self-motivation and a drive for process improvement
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- PowerBi experience
- Preferred: SAP and ERP experience
