Senior Civil Engineer

In this role you will lead design and analysis for steel, concrete and masonry structures across commercial, institutional, industrial, and federal projects. You will coordinate with multidisciplinary teams nationwide, manage schedules and budgets, and provide technical leadership and mentorship. The position includes participating in project planning and business development to drive high-impact development. You will contribute to a nationwide portfolio, collaborating with architects and contractors to deliver safe, compliant structures. • Lead design and analysis for steel, concrete, and masonry structures on varied projects.
• Oversee schedules, budgets, and client communications.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams nationwide.
• Provide technical oversight and mentorship to engineering and design staff.
• Participate in project planning and business development activities.

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering; PE license
• 8-12 years of professional experience in land development
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D; specification preparation a plus
