Overview As Senior Product Manager for Privacy Engineering, you guide strategy and execution to embed experiential privacy across Adobe's products and platforms. You will work cross-functionally to manage privacy risks, identify opportunities, and build user-centered, transparent privacy controls that support business goals. You'll collaborate with Legal, engineering, and design teams to translate needs into privacy features and success metrics, while evangelizing privacy across the organization. This role offers impact at scale in a rapidly evolving regulatory landscape.

Responsibilities- Understand data protection and privacy compliance needs across products and platforms
- Translate customer, business, and legal needs into clear requirements and drive engineering delivery
- Build features and tools to protect data while ensuring transparency in processing
- Collaborate with experience design to ensure privacy controls are implemented per policies
- Document and communicate use cases for end-to-end privacy features and UAT criteria
- Define privacy success metrics and monitor performance
- Partner with Legal on privacy impact assessments across platforms and services
- Prepare and present progress, risks, and opportunities on privacy initiatives to senior leadership
- Act as a privacy advocate, leading internal training and awareness initiatives
Key requirements- 5+ years of product management experience in commercial or internal-facing products
- Understanding of technical environments, market dynamics, and trends
- Hands-on understanding of AI technologies, models, tools, and applicable use cases
- Knowledge of data platforms (data lakes/farms), privacy enhancement tech, and privacy frameworks (e.g., IAB TCF, Global Privacy Platform)
- Strong product thinking with focus on What and Why before solutioning
- Proven experience in cross-functional projects with multiple priorities
- Business-savvy with ability to switch between tactical execution and strategic thinking
- Curious, problem-solving mindset with quick learning
- Exceptional communication skills and integrity
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in a quantitative field; privacy credential is a plus
