TCH Congenital Heart Service (Senior Faculty)

In this role you will advance the ACHD Surgical Service within a premier pediatric and adult congenital heart program. You will work with a multidisciplinary Heart Center to deliver comprehensive ACHD care across the lifespan, shaping program growth and clinical excellence. You will lead innovative care pathways, contribute to research and education, and collaborate with hospital leadership and referring providers. • Deliver outpatient and inpatient ACHD surgical care
• Advance the ACHD program through innovation, quality improvement, and care pathway development
• Engage in clinical research, education of trainees, and scholarly publications
• Share congenital heart surgery call responsibilities, including transplant services
• Provide clinical leadership, mentor multidisciplinary staff, and model professional behavior
• Collaborate with referring providers and leadership to grow the program

• Fellowship training in pediatric cardiac surgery
• Board eligible or board certified in cardiothoracic surgery
• Demonstrated interest in adult congenital heart surgery
