Responsibilities- Serve as a subject matter expert, advising internally and externally and mentoring staff
- Provide firmwide direction and client-focused services within a specialized discipline
- Contribute to key project work and maintain the firm's profile through industry engagement
- Represent the firm in technical societies and deliver papers or presentations
- Collaborate to develop strategies and best practices aligned with discipline trends
- Organize technical resources for key projects and optimize resource use
- Promote quality and ensure quality control standards
- Research discipline trends and emerging technologies to inform internal and external insights
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and industry partners
- May represent the firm on professional organization governing bodies
- May lead discipline quality initiatives to improve Olsson's Quality Management Program
Key requirements- 12 years' experience in a civil engineering discipline with a focus on airports
- Strong communication, leadership, and presentation skills
- Thorough familiarity with the firm's services, goals, and Quality Management Program
