Overview In this role you will support a book of institutional clients within Securities Services, helping to maintain high client satisfaction and governance of products and services. You work closely with senior team members to guide juniors, manage inquiries and escalations, and ensure accurate billing. You will leverage JPM's tools to monitor service levels, capture feedback, and prepare client reviews. This is a hands-on, cross-functional client-facing position with a focus on continuous improvement and project delivery.

Responsibilities- Support senior team to nurture client relationships and ongoing satisfaction
- Guide junior team members and respond to inquiries across products
- Manage escalations and governance processes with KPI and RAG monitoring
- Utilize proprietary CRM tools to capture feedback, generate reports, and track actions
- Prepare periodic client relationship reviews
- Ensure accurate billing and timely payments
- Prioritize and drive global initiatives and ad-hoc projects to closure
- Coordinate client training on proprietary JPM technology
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree
- 3-5 years in financial services servicing institutional clients
- Knowledge of Global Custody and/or Traditional, Hedge, Private Fund Services or ability to learn quickly
- Team player with collaborative mindset
- Client-facing with strong presentation and communication skills
- Strong follow-up skills and ability to drive items to closure
- Able to prioritize, multi-task, and work with minimal supervision
