Overview In this role you will lead quality pre-construction services for internal and external clients, guiding process and resources to meet project scopes. You'll coordinate with the Preconstruction Director and VP to monitor project progress and ensure alignment with the preconstruction scope. Responsibilities- Manage the pre-construction process and resources to deliver quality services
- Review progress of ongoing projects to ensure adherence to the scope
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to align on objectives and timelines
- Report to the Preconstruction Director and VP on progress and issues
- Support estimation activities and value management processes
- Leverage MS Office tools to prepare plans, analyses, and presentations
Key requirements- 9+ years of full-time relevant industry experience
- 7+ years of demonstrated experience with commercial construction estimating and estimating software solutions
- Demonstrated knowledge of Value Management processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or equivalent/applicable degree or equivalent experience
