Overview In this role you drive adoption and support for Body Geometry products across US retailers and international markets, while building and managing education and certification programs. You will collaborate with marketing, education, and engineering to provide content, gather feedback, and support cross functional initiatives that scale globally. You'll track product status, process orders in Oracle, and nurture the Global Fitter Network to improve retailer success. This position combines sales, program management, and partner relations to help deliver innovative cycling experiences. Based in Morgan Hill, CA, with a collaborative, impact driven culture.

Responsibilities- Track status and activity of globally installed connected products
- Prioritize and conduct sales of Body Geometry products to US retailers and international wholesale
- Provide marketing/product content to retailers and markets
- Build, monetize, and manage certification and success programs under Body Geometry leadership
- Collect feedback for Body Geometry Engineering on new features/products
- Process and manage orders using Oracle
- Cultivate and manage relationships with Global Fitter Network, international implementation team, and internal education owners
- Support internal and external communication for the Body Geometry Fit department with marketing/digital teams
Key requirements- High attention to detail

- Prior knowledge of bike fitting and bike fitting retail business (nice to have)
