Responsibilities- Handle sophisticated commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts across Connecticut
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery materials and other litigation documents
- Participate in depositions, hearings, and court proceedings as experience allows
- Conduct legal research and support case strategy development
- Support all phases of case management, including strategy development and trial preparation
- Collaborate with senior litigators on complex disputes with high-profile clients
Key requirements- 1-3 years of substantive commercial litigation experience
- JD from a top-tier law school with excellent academic record
- Active Bar Admission in Connecticut, in good standing
- Experience handling litigation matters in state and federal courts
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to work independently and in a team
