Overview In this role you will lead end-to-end talent acquisition to support Brady's R&D requisitions. You will partner with hiring managers to build effective recruiting strategies and pipelines for technical roles. You will employ multi-channel sourcing and creative engagement to attract top engineers and technical staff. You will ensure a positive candidate experience and represent Brady at local and national events. This is an opportunity to shape technical staffing and contribute to Brady's innovation efforts.
Responsibilities- Consult with hiring managers to craft effective recruiting strategies that deliver high-quality candidates.
- Proactively source and build candidate pipelines for software, firmware, mechanical, and other technical roles, as well as corporate and operations positions.
- Fully maximize recruitment channels (social media, employee referrals, job fairs, networks, cold calling, etc.).
- Provide best-in-class candidate experience through communication, relationship building, and execution of the recruitment process.
- Participate in in-person recruiting events onsite, at schools, colleges, and local job fairs.
- Create sourcing plans to attract diverse candidates to Brady Corporation.
- Post jobs to standard and niche job boards such as LinkedIn and Indeed.
