Overview In this role you will lead talent acquisition strategy to enable business growth across Corporate and PSBU. You will coach a high-performing recruiting team, partnering with leaders to anticipate workforce needs and drive proactive workforce solutions. You will leverage analytics and talent intelligence to optimize recruiting performance and support data-driven decisions. You will guide governance, recruiting technologies, and transformation efforts to enhance agility and candidate experience. Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic TA initiatives aligned with business objectives across Corporate and PSBU
- Lead and coach a high-performing recruiting team to meet hiring commitments and service standards
- Partner with HR and business leaders to forecast talent needs and implement proactive workforce solutions
- Utilize analytics and talent intelligence to drive data-driven recruiting decisions and performance insights
- Advise leadership on labor market trends, talent landscapes, and workforce risks
- Champion modern recruiting technologies to improve efficiency and candidate experience
- Establish recruitment governance, standards, and compliant processes
- Lead transformation efforts to improve agility and operational excellence in TA
- Translate enterprise TA strategies into actionable plans respecting governance and standards
- Build cross-functional partnerships with HR, business leaders, workforce planning, and technology partners
- Demonstrate expertise in change management and business process execution to sustain results
- Apply financial acumen to optimize TA resources and budgets
- Foster inclusive, customer-centric approaches across stakeholders and candidates
