Overview In this role you will support procurement activities for Savannah River Site (SRS) missions, interfacing with SRR divisions to fulfill acquisition needs. You contribute to defining technical and quality requirements for safety-related systems and ensure compliance with site procedures. You'll work within SRR processes to deliver timely, accurate procurement services and engage cross-functionally on field installations. Responsibilities- Procure goods and services for SRS Operating, Project and Support Divisions to support site missions
- Serve as primary interface with SRS Divisions for all acquisition and procurement needs
- Develop technical and quality requirements for installation of parts into safety-related systems
- Interpret federal regulations and site procedures to guide procurement activities
- Perform procurement using SRR processes and receive programmatic guidance from SRR
Key requirements- Consecutive experience in a similar role within the past five years
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) and related tools
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform field walk-downs and interface with personnel and systems
- Bachelor's degree in management, business, or economics (or substitution options)
- U.S. Citizenship; ability to obtain security clearance (Top Secret or DOE Q)
