Overview

As Senior HR Business Partner, you will align people strategies with business goals, acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders. You'll influence organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership development, while using data and AI tools to drive performance and a strong employee experience. This role sits within a collaborative, matrixed HR function and shapes how we grow talent and organizational capability. You'll work with cross-functional teams to enable transformation and impact at scale.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic partnership with senior leaders to translate business priorities into HR solutions
  • Guide organizational design, workforce planning, and change initiatives
  • Collaborate with Compensation and Organizational Development & Learning to manage company-wide programs
  • Facilitate talent review, succession planning, and retention strategies
  • Coach managers on performance, development, and leadership practices
  • Handle employee relations, policy interpretation, and risk mitigation
  • Support organizational redesign, change management, and communication strategies
  • Ensure data-driven decision making through HR analytics and AI tools
  • Engage cross-functional stakeholders to deliver integrated HR programs
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience in a strategic HRBP capacity
  • Experience in employee relations, talent management, organizational development, recruiting, or leadership coaching
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
  • Experience leading change management and organizational effectiveness initiatives
  • Excellent consulting, influencing, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience with HRIS platforms (Workday preferred) to manage and analyze data
  • Strategic business acumen and ability to align people strategies with goals
