Overview In this role you drive the CMMS strategy and rollout across North America, enabling proactive maintenance and reliable equipment performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize processes, train local planners, and deliver data-driven improvements at scale. You'll shape maintenance programs that reduce disruption while improving forecasting and part efficiency. Responsibilities- Be the network-level SME on CMMS, train local planners and support network initiatives
- Drive RME standards rollout in North America and participate in network projects
- Act as CMMS key user, roll out new functionality and reporting, monitor adoption
- Analyze and improve forecasting of preventative maintenance routines
- Compile equipment data and performance metrics, recommend network-wide improvements
- Collaborate with Global RME on cost reduction and spare parts/process improvements
- Travel up to 50% of time
- Balance hands-on system work with strategic, scalable maintenance optimization
Key requirements- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
- Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL
- Experience using data to drive improvements
