Overview As an HRBP, you'll act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, uniting people, culture, and talent to drive commercial performance. You'll partner across HR and the business to attract, develop, engage, and retain critical talent and navigate organizational change. Responsibilities- Support the full HR lifecycle across recruitment, onboarding, development and offboarding
- Coach leaders and employees on performance management, employee relations, conflict resolution, policy interpretation, compensation & benefits, talent development and succession planning
- Design and implement organizational changes, workforce planning, and talent strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead and support cross-functional HR projects with clear project management and change management
- Monitor and improve employee engagement, partnering with leaders to boost performance and retention
- Facilitate Talent Review processes and maintain succession plans and talent pipelines for critical roles
- Lead calibration discussions and performance review cycles to ensure fairness and consistency
- Collaborate with leaders to develop individual development plans to strengthen capability and career growth
- Embed Commercial capabilities and HR behaviors into talent strategies
- Manage complex employee relations matters with objective investigations and risk mitigation
- Analyze workforce data and HR metrics to inform business decisions
- Maintain accurate HR data and provide reporting and insights as needed
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and employment practices
Key requirements- Bachelor in any field with 5-7+ years of HR experience
- Strong knowledge of U.S. labor laws and familiarity with international employment practices in a global setting
- Experience with HR systems, preferably Workday
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to build trusted relationships across all levels and work in a fast-paced environment
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into recommendations
- Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong project management and change management capabilities
