Overview In this role you will coordinate the month-end close across Accounting and Finance to support a five-day close, ensuring GAAP-compliant reporting. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve close processes and support asset, lease, SG&A, and cash accounting activities. You will drive process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability, and support audits and system governance. Responsibilities- Coordinate month-end close activities across Accounting and Finance to support a five-day close
- Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial analyses to ensure GAAP-compliant reporting
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve close accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness
- Lead process improvement initiatives to reduce manual work and strengthen accounting operations
- Support administration and continuous improvement of accounting systems, close tools, and reconciliation apps
- Develop and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and reconciliation methodologies
- Support internal and external audits as a trusted business partner
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Key requirements- 5-7 years of experience with month-end close processes
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- GAAP knowledge
