Overview In this role you support the first-line credit and lending governance framework by handling committee administration, reporting, policy lifecycle, and governance documentation. You'll work closely with MCC/DCC and control functions to enable regulatory readiness and effective risk governance. You will develop expertise in commercial and consumer credit, governance, and banking operations while driving process improvements and analytics. This position offers a chance to shape governance practices at a digitally focused bank and work cross-functionally to enhance resilience and reporting quality.

Responsibilities- Assist in administering credit governance committees and forums: coordinating meetings, agendas, materials, approvals, and recordkeeping
- Prepare and distribute committee materials, management reports, and governance documentation
- Coordinate governance reporting, maintain records and trackers, and manage policy lifecycle
- Conduct quality control of governance submissions to identify issues and gaps
- Support regulatory examinations, audits, and remediation efforts
- Develop dashboards, analytics, procedures, templates, and reporting tools for governance oversight
- Contribute to process improvements, workflow automation, and AI-enabled solutions
- Collaborate with Lending, Credit, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Audit, and other control functions to support governance
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Risk Management, or related field
- 1+ years in lending, credit administration, risk management, governance, audit, compliance, banking operations, or related discipline; reporting, analytics, policy administration, or committee support experience preferred
- Understanding of commercial and consumer lending, credit risk, and governance processes
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams
- Attention to detail, accountability, adaptability, and a commitment to quality and continuous improvement
