Overview In this role, you contribute to the delivery of complex infrastructure projects by developing and refining engineering designs, calculations, and technical reports. You work with project managers and cross-functional teams to deliver discipline-specific elements and ensure quality and schedule alignment. You will leverage your technical expertise and client relationships to support project execution, mentor junior staff, and help drive continuous improvement. This position offers a hands-on role in shaping multi-discipline designs within a collaborative, employee-owned firm.
Responsibilities- Execute assigned work within schedule and hours constraints
- Contribute to development of project specifications
- Develop discipline-specific engineering elements such as reports, designs, and plans
- Coordinate and boost productivity of project team members
- Provide technical guidance to less experienced engineers
- Collaborate with multiple disciplines on multi-discipline projects
- Perform quality-control reviews of deliverables
- Assist with planning of schedules and workload distribution within the discipline
- Perform other duties as assigned
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 4 years of relevant experience; Master's in Engineering with 3 years; or PhD in Engineering with 2 years
